Hardau - Brand / Logo License (Add-on)

Copyright (c) 2026-present, the Hardau authors.

Add-on license, per organization. Requires a Commercial license (Solo,
Studio, or Company) held by the same organization. Grants use of Hardau
as a logo, wordmark, or primary brand identifier, plus all uses covered
by that Commercial license. Unlimited brands and sub-brands within the
organization.

GRANT

The licensee may:
- Use Hardau as a logo, wordmark, or primary brand identifier.
- Use Hardau in any number of commercial projects.
- Use all weights and formats (desktop and web).
- Embed the font in websites, applications, documents, and products.
- Modify the font files for internal use.

IRREVOCABILITY FOR DEPLOYED LOGOS

Once a logo built with Hardau under this license is in active public
use, the right to continue using it remains in force even if Hardau
license terms later change.

RESTRICTIONS

The licensee may not:
- Redistribute the font files as a standalone download.
- Sell, sublicense, or give the font files to third parties.
- Distribute modified versions under any name.

PRICING

$1,999 one-time, per organization. Add-on to a Commercial license.

LICENSE TERM

Perpetual. Pay once, use forever. No annual renewal, no expiration.
Future updates to the font are included.

WARRANTY

THE FONT IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE AUTHORS
SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING
FROM THE USE OF THIS FONT.
